Registration & Admission
1. Registration form given alongwith the prospectus must be filled in with blue and submitted in the school office within the specified dates/time alongwith the required documents.
2. Admission fee once submitted will not be refunded except in case of transfer of parents on submission of transfer letter by competent authority.
3. Admission to Nursery is given on Interview basis. Minimum Eligible Age for Nursery is 3 Years as on 1st April. Birth Certificate issued by Municipal Corporation, adhar card & a passport size photograph are essential with the application form.
4. Admission from classes L.K.G. to VIII will be considered on merit basis and interaction with parents and child, subject to availability of seats. Transfer certificate, a passport size photograph & attested copy of report card are essential with the admission form.
5. Admission to class IX to XI is done only on the basis of their results in matric/admission test or interview and subject to availability of the seats. Original character certificate. original transfer certificate, a copy of report card, attested copy of migration certificate (if from other than CBSE Board), adhar card & a passport size photograph are essential with the application form. Admission test for IX & XI will be based on NCERT books of previous class.
6. Transfer certificate issued by schools affiliated to Board other than CBSE, will be considered only when duly attested by District Education officer.
7. Generally subjects can be changed within a week after the date of admission, but in special case, subject can be changed within a month with the prior permission of the Principal.
8. As a policy matter, provisional admission is made to classes X & XII in case of transfer only which gets confirmed only after getting approval from CBSE.
9. Admission to class XI is provisional and is finalized after the declaration of board result.
10. Registration for admission in any case does not guarantee admission.
11. Registration fee is non-refundable
